Ultimate Frisbee Tourny

About a week ago Jackson played in an Ultimate Frisbee Tournament with a bunch of Dental school classmates. These are picture from the first game, which they won. The other team was really intense, they kept stopping to explain rules, there were a lot more than any of us had ever heard of! During half time they lined up and practiced their plays. It was really entertaining to watch!

Random findings

Since I do not have my computer and thus can not update you with pictures, I will just blog all about the fun things I have found searching on the internet!
I found these earrings this morning and I love them! I think they are so darling.
I think this ring is so beautiful, it reminds me of Jane Austen times
I thought this would make a cute baby shower gift

Texas

I am in Texas for the week, I came here with a lot of expectations, mostly about cowboys, cattle and pastures. When I landed I had a feeling that all the images in my head of Texas were about to be ruined, sure enough they were. So if you ever thought Texas looks like this (at least Houston) you were wrong...
It looks a lot more like this!

Outer Banks part 1

This weekend we went with all of my family to North Carolinas outer banks, it was so beautiful and we had so much fun! I am going to have to put up pictures in segments though, between my little sister and I, we took over 400 pictures, so there will be a segment or two of the best pictures! Enjoy!

White Coat Ceremony

Today was Jackson's white coat ceremony. They let the students out early to spend time with their families, Jackson and I met at lunch time and we went to a really fun Irish pub for lunch, then we went to the ceremony, which was certainly interesting, one of the speakers told the group that they could decide if they were going to be hairdresser dentists or doctor dentists the difference is that the doctor dentist puts the white coat on his soul not just his shoulders. We laughed afterwards. After the ceremony they took a large class picture and then Jackson gave me a personalized tour of the dental school! It was a fun day!
This is Jackson's desk in the lab

You just pull the head out of the desk.

Jackson recieves the white coat, they made them stick their arms out behind them and they were not allowed to help put it on, it made them look a little silly.
Jackson after the white coat, doesn't he look like a new man?
