I miss Cafe Rio so much I dream about it sometimes. I think the only food Jackson misses that much is his Mom's. This is about as good as Cafe Rio gets out here. Thank you internet for giving me access to many imitation recipes, I appreciate it. Really.
mmmm. I just got the ingredients from the store this morning. How did the dressing turn out? I still remember when your mom made it for us when we went to your house right after you and Jackson got engaged. That was inspiring.
